The process measures the change in the output voltage of a device under test as the AC power source voltage is changed.
The reference voltage is measured from the device under test’s output when the AC power input voltage is set to the “InputVoltsRef” value. Then the AC Power input voltage is changed to the “InputVolts” value and the test output voltage is measured. The resulting measured value is then reported as a change in the voltage (measured voltage – reference voltage ).
This test is commonly performed on DC power supplies under a 95% wattage load.
