A test process that measures the fractional ratio of a squarewave’s positive and negative duty cycle as a relationship of the total period of the waveform.

- Period – Total period of the signal, if provided, Frequency will be ignored
- DutyCycle {Positive, Negative, Pos, Neg, +, -} Duty Cycle of the signal
If not defined it is assumed to be the positive Duty Cycle
