A test process sourcing two frequencies with a know frequency difference between the two frequencies. This test process is often used when calibrating frequency span on a spectrum analyzer. When FrequencyRef is sourced and measured by the UUT, then Frequency is sources and measured. The resulting Delta Frequency the difference between Frequency – FrequencyRef.
